What to expect
Grieving is a normal response to the loss of your loved one, but grief can also be unpredictable. Your GriefShare group will help you learn how to cope with the daily challenges of grief. Here is what you can expect each week at your group:
A 30-minute video
Each week you’ll watch relatable stories and hear sound advice from grief experts and people who’ve walked this path before you.
Supportive discussion
Talk with fellow group members, who are also dealing with their own grief. You’ll discover what’s normal in grief and what to expect in the days to come. Your group will be a safe, accepting space. And you won’t be pressured to share!
Help from your participant guide
You can use your participant guide both during your group and at home. It’s filled with valuable exercises, encouragement, and tools to help you navigate your personal grief struggles.
